I was born in Italy and earned my degree in Modern Languages, which led me to spend wonderful years teaching Italian in Spain and Portugal. Twenty-five years ago, I moved to the UK seeking new challenges and have been immersed in the travel industry ever since.

My passion for travel began in childhood, inspired by trips across the Adriatic with my father. The turquoise waters of the Croatian coast sparked a lifelong love for the sea, nurtured through competitive swimming in Italy and any opportunity to dive in today. Those early journeys with family and friends planted the seeds of wanderlust, which grew into a deep love for exploring new cultures and landscapes.

While I enjoy visiting new destinations, my greatest joy comes from immersing myself in local life—embracing history, nature, and, of course, savoring the culinary delights. My travels have taken me extensively across Europe, North Africa, and Central and South America, with each journey enriching my appreciation for the world’s diversity.

  • Santorini

What is your most memorable trip in Greece?

Last year I cruised around the Greek islands on a small ship cruise and had the best time of my life. Every morning I would wake up looking at a different scenery, colors and sounds. The smallest islands with their authenticity and slow pace remain my favourite part of the trip.

  • Anteliz Suites

What is your favorite hotel in Greece?

It would have to be both Anteliz Suites & Andronis Arcadia in Santorini – I can’t choose one! Both hotels are in excellent locations and really encapsulate the architecture of the Cyclades.

  • Mykonos

What do you love most about Greece and why?

Beautiful places, hospitable people, stunning beaches, fantastic weather, unique flavors… there are a million reasons to visit Greece.

My Top Greece Travel Tips

  • Summer is tops for action, family fun, and swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, but prices are at their highest. The shoulder seasons (spring and autumn) are a delight – prices are lower, and rooms and resources are more readily available.
  • Greece merits multiple trips as every island offers something different, and each of its regions is equally dazzling.
  • Always go where locals go, eat what locals eat. Don’t follow the crowd and avoid international restaurants
