Unforgettable Women Contest Terms and Conditions

Submit your nomination by using the nomination form on the entry page online.

Nominations will open at 00:00am on 10^th February 2020 and close at 11.59pm on 23^rd March 2020.

Any nominations received before the opening and after the closing of the nomination process will be invalid and will not be entered.

Nominees must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the successful nominee may be asked to provide proof of age.

Nominators can be aged under 18.

This contest is open to residents of all countries.

Any nominations which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible, or offensive will be void.

By providing Unforgettable Greece with your nominations for the means of this contest you are agreeing to allow Unforgettable Greece to use this content in any of their future communications and marketing material.

Nominators’ contact information and details will not be shared with third parties.

Nominations will be reviewed by an Unforgettable Greece judging panel who will select a winner.

The winner is at the full discretion of Unforgettable Greece. The decision of Unforgettable Greece is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Unforgettable Greece will attempt to notify the successful nominator within 21 days after the closing date of nominations. He/she will be contacted by email.

The successful nominator will have seven days in which to claim his or her prize and gain acceptance of the prize from the winning nominee. If we are unable to notify the winner, or if the winner fails to respond within the fixed time period, this may result in forfeiture of the opportunity and Unforgettable Greece reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions and the competition information.

Upon confirmation of acceptance the winner may be announced on the Unforgettable Greece social media channels.

The prize is subject to availability and the terms and conditions as outlined below.

The prize includes an 8-day tour for 2 people travelling through Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. Accommodation, private transfers, excursions and some meals are included as part of the prize, as outlined in the tour details online.

The prize is only available for departure in October 2020, at discretion of Unforgettable Greece and dependent on availability.

Tour information will be sent out via email after winner has accepted their prize, and arrangements will be made for dates and times of travel.

Unforgettable Greece reserve the right to alter prize details at their discretion and dependent on availability at time of travel.

International flights are not included as part of the prize.

Spending money and other expenses are not included as part of the prize.

Prize may not be sold on online auction sites. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.

Employees connected with this promotion from Unforgettable Greece, Travel Agents, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this contest. Anyone found to be a third-party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place.

No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
