Your enchanting Taste and Sea Cyclades adventure begins upon your arrival into Athens International Airport with transfer to your hotel. After checking in, you may want to relax after the journey, or enjoy a little srtoll of the capital city’s most iconic landmarks.
You could always take advantage of one of the hammams in the Monastiraki area for a soothing soak followed by a relaxing massage to rejuvenate and then enjoy browsing or buying in the markets and boutiques that sell handmade souvenirs, clothing, jewelry and more. After breakfast we have arranged a private ‘Flavors of Athens Sightseeing Tour’ with a licensed guide that includes the opportunity taste some of the delightful Greek cuisine.
This foodie walking tour, delves into Athens’ best flavors as you visit specialized food stores, dedicated artisans and the central food market, with its local vendors selling produce from throughout the country. Sample Greek gastronomic delights like cheeses, charcuterie, traditional pies and coffee, with fresh ground Greek coffee arguably some of the best in the world. It’s perfect to keep you fueled up for the excursion, and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase tasty souvenirs too.
After the walking tour, you’ll have the chance to join an optional yoga class, practicing poses specially designed for stretching on sacred Filopappou Hill, breathing in the incredible vibe of the ancient surroundings of the Acropolis.
In the morning, we have arranged the ferry to Naxos. As Athens fades into the distance, you’ll sail on to Naxos, known for its marble and granite beaches that are whiter than brighter than any other, all framed by calm, clear blue waters that are ideal for swimming.
Step off the ferry into Naxos Town, where you’ll have the afternoon to explore at your leisure after checking into your hotel. Chora has managed to maintain its magnificent Venetian architecture with elegant towers and beautiful narrow paved streets lined with enticing boutiques, restaurants and cafes, including rooftop patios that suddenly bring the dazzling sea into view. Enjoy some of the island’s specialties like locally-grown fruits and vegetables, meats, fresh seafood and amazing cheeses.
Join a walking food and sightseeing tour. Your inspiring guide will reveal the history of Naxos, including its Venetian castle, while bringing you to taste the flavors of the island.
Discover some of the best flavors of Naxos starting with a visit to a cheese farm to watch and even participate in the traditional cheesemaking process. Meet the owners, learning about what they do and enjoy local delicacies including famous Naxian cheese served hot from the cauldron, along with house wine. Afterwards, you’ll be welcomed by the owner at a picturesque vineyard who will reveal interesting details about the indigenous varieties and winemaking methods, followed by a delicious tasting.
Alternatively, travel to what many say is the crown jewel of Naxos, the mountainous village of Apeiranthos. Experience its timeless beauty and Cycladic culture by strolling the marble paths lined with stone-built homes and shops backed by soaring mountains. Discover old-fashioned arts and delicious treasures along the way, sampling a wide range of local products used in eclectic recipes created by skilled local cooks.
You will sail to the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos. While it’s famous worldwide for its lively nightlife, fine dining, upscale shops and resorts, it also offers classic whitewashed buildings and 16th-century windmills that are highlighted by the nearly always brilliant blue sky.
After checking into your hotel, you’ll have an afternoon at leisure where you can visit to the folklore museum, a bio farm producing local wine, Mykonos Town and the windmills. Learn about the island’s past and present, finding out as to why Mykonos is so seductive

Enjoy the morning to yourself on Santorini, perhaps taking selfies with a backdrop of the island’s most breathtaking landscapes, from black and red sand beaches to the iconic caldera and sapphire sea. In the early afternoon, you’ll be picked up for an incredible sunset boat tour, sailing around the island on its fastest catamaran, taking in a stunning perspective from the water while enjoy a snack, cocktail or wine.
The journey will be perfectly timed to end in one of the world’s most famous spots for a sunset: Oia. Millions of people have come to witness its glory, when the colors of the setting sun are splashed across the glistening expanse of the brilliant blue Aegean.
