The cruise we ere on was unfortunately hit with several days of bad weather so that at least 3 major attractions were missed. Compensation in the form of ticket price for the missed tours was provided and alternate lesser activities were provided. I am not sure there was anything else that could have been done at the time because of the weather. The thing i would suggest is that a better form of compensation could be provided such as a discount for a future booking or something similar. This being said i think that the tour director and the boat crew did very well under the circumstances. My comments are related to the management handling of the diminished overall experience. I would still consider using the company again.
